ninjob is a Swiss job-search assistant, built in Geneva for candidates who want to find a position in Switzerland in a more structured, faster and more professional way.
The platform is provided by Ninabot Sàrl, a company based in Geneva, and developed by a small founding team supported by internal AI agents.
Our approach is simple: use artificial intelligence to automate the repetitive tasks of job hunting, while leaving the candidate in control of every application.
ninjob is not meant to replace your judgment, your motivation or your personal preparation. The tool is here to save you time, improve the quality of your applications and help you track your search with clarity.
Why ninjob exists
Looking for a job in Switzerland can quickly become long, scattered and discouraging.
Listings are spread across several sources: jobs.ch, jobup.ch, Job-Room / SECO, Stepstone, ATS platforms, company websites and other public job sources. Each application takes time: reading the posting, checking the fit with your profile, tailoring your CV, writing a cover letter, preparing attachments, filling in forms and tracking responses.
Many candidates spend hours repeating the same tasks, often late at night, instead of focusing on what really matters: preparing for interviews, understanding the roles on offer and choosing the right opportunity.
ninjob was created to simplify this process.

How it works
ninjob is designed to be simple.
1. You upload your CV
You add your CV once on the platform.
2. The AI analyses your profile
ninjob identifies your skills, experience, languages, seniority level, preferences and the important elements of your background.
3. Swiss listings are analysed
The platform analyses the main Swiss job sources and identifies the opportunities relevant to your profile.
4. Applications are prepared
For each relevant listing, ninjob prepares the necessary elements: a personalised cover letter, fit with the role and useful documents.
5. You review and approve
You keep control over every application. Nothing is sent without your review and approval.
6. You track your steps
Every application is recorded in your dashboard so you can clearly follow your search: application prepared, sent, response received, interview, offer or rejection.

- Motivation Map: a 15-minute quiz to better understand your professional drivers;
- Wallet + Gems: the option to increase certain quotas when your search moves faster than expected.

Our philosophy
🇨🇭 Swiss-first, not a solution translated for Switzerland
Switzerland is not a secondary market for us. It is our starting point.
Many international tools claim to cover Switzerland but often limit themselves to the big generalist platforms. Yet the Swiss market has its own practices, its own platforms, its languages, its expectations and its recruitment systems.
ninjob is built for the realities of the Swiss market: jobs.ch, jobup.ch, Job-Room / SECO, Stepstone, ATS platforms, multilingual applications, Swiss CV conventions and the local expectations of recruiters.
We don't translate a foreign model to adapt it to Switzerland. We build a Swiss tool for people looking for a job in Switzerland.
🛡️ Privacy by design
Job searching involves sensitive data: CV, professional background, contact details, experience, education, skills, preferences and sometimes personal information.
We take this data seriously.
ninjob is built with a privacy-first approach. Personal data is processed locally as much as possible, and sensitive data is anonymised before any external processing when necessary.
Our ambition is clear: enable automation and AI without needlessly exposing candidates' personal data.
Trust is not built on slogans alone. It is built on technical choices, a clear privacy policy and a careful approach to data processing.
💰 Pay to search, not to stay subscribed
We don't want to trap users in a forgotten subscription.
ninjob works with simple plans, designed for an active search period. The current plans are:
- Week Pass — 29 CHF for the first week, then 49 CHF per week on renewal. Ideal to try the tool or kick off a search already under way.
- Quest — 312 CHF for 8 weeks, i.e. 39 CHF per week. Designed for a full active search, with sourcing, applications, interviews and tracking.
- Pro Quest — 464 CHF for 16 weeks, i.e. 29 CHF per week. Suited to senior or specialised profiles, or longer searches.
Our logic differs from the classic SaaS model. Our goal is not for you to stay subscribed as long as possible. Our goal is for you to find a job and no longer need us.
A good job-search tool should become useless once you've found a position.
🤝 We share the risk with you
If you sign an employment contract during your plan, you can request a refund for the remaining weeks, subject to the applicable conditions.
This logic reflects our philosophy: ninjob should serve your search, not lock you into a pointless payment. When you find a job, the tool has done its job.
🎯 Quality, not volume
Switzerland is a small market. Recruiters know each other, applications circulate and a candidate's reputation matters.
That's why ninjob does not try to send as many applications as possible indiscriminately. We favour targeted, consistent applications that fit your profile.
Quotas exist to preserve your credibility with Swiss recruiters.
Our goal is not mass-apply. Our goal is to help you send relevant, well-prepared applications aligned with your background.
What we don't do
To build a relationship of trust, it's important to also say what ninjob does not do.
- We do not sell your personal data. Your job search must not become an advertising product.
- We do not apply without your approval. Applications are prepared for you, but you keep control before sending.
- We do not promise a guaranteed job. No serious tool can guarantee a hire. A good tool can, however, improve the organisation, quality and consistency of your efforts.
- We do not replace your personal preparation. Interviews, human exchanges, real motivation and the final choice remain in your hands.
- We do not spam-apply. Your name, your CV and your professional image must be protected.
We're not building a tool to send more, but to send better.
