The product
How does it actually work?
You upload your CV (PDF or DOCX). ninjob indexes your profile, then continuously analyses Swiss job listings (jobs.ch, jobup.ch, Job-Room / SECO, Stepstone, cantonal offices, ATS platforms and company websites). For each role that matches your profile with a sufficient score, ninjob prepares a personalised cover letter and tailors your CV. You review, then you click to send — you approve every application before it goes out. You track everything from your dashboard.
How many applications per week?
Quotas are deliberately capped (up to 5 applications per day, 35 per week). No mass-apply: Switzerland is a small market and recruiters talk to each other — quality over volume.
How long does it take to land a job?
It depends on your profile, your sector and the market. ninjob is built for an active search of a few weeks: the tool saves you time on repetitive tasks so you can focus on interviews and choosing the right role.
Which listings do you cover?
- jobs.ch + jobup.ch: broad coverage of management and tech roles;
- Job-Room / SECO: public listings (mandatory posting);
- Stepstone: complementary coverage;
- Cantonal offices: Geneva, Vaud, Valais, Neuchâtel, Bern (expanding);
- ATS platforms and company websites;
- Indeed: complementary aggregator.

What if I'm not in tech / not a manager?
ninjob works for many profiles: administrative, finance, commercial, IT, healthcare, operational or specialised. Job-Room / SECO public listings cover a wide range of occupations.
Pricing and billing
Why no annual subscription?
A job search lasts a limited time. Billing you twelve months when you need a few weeks is our competitors' model — good for their churn, not for you. Our plans are designed for an active search, with no automatic annual renewal.
Which payment methods?
Bank card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay (via Stripe).
What if I find a job during my plan?
Great — that's the goal. If you sign an employment contract during your plan, you can request a refund pro-rated over the full remaining weeks (up to 80% of the plan), on presentation of the signed contract. Request to hello@ninjob.ch within 30 days of signing.
Privacy and data
Who sees my CV?
- Our local AI engine (on our GPUs in Geneva): to anonymise your data;
- Our cloud AI partner under EU DPA: only the anonymised version (markers), never your real CV;
- The recruiters you apply to: your full CV, as if you had sent it yourself;
- No one else — no data resale, no advertising broker.
Can my current employer see that I use ninjob?
No. Applications go out from your own email address, through official channels, as if you had done them by hand.
How long do you keep my data?
- Active account: as long as you use it;
- Inactive account: 24 months after last login → reactivation email then deletion within 30 days;
- Accounting data (invoices): 10 years (legal obligation, CO art. 958f);
- Technical logs: 12 months maximum;
- Deletion on request: everything erased within 30 days, except legal invoices.
Technical
Are you really hosted in Switzerland?
Yes: our processing of personal data runs on hardware we operate ourselves in Geneva. Encrypted backups are in Europe and the frontend is behind a CDN.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@ninjob.ch with, if possible: a screenshot, the URL of the page concerned, and what you expected vs what happened.
Do you have a public API?
Not for the general public.
Is it open-source?
The source code is not open-source (commercial SaaS product). Our data-handling approach, however, is documented publicly: see how our privacy works.
Legal
Are you a real Swiss company?
Yes — Ninabot Sàrl, based in Geneva (limited liability company under Swiss law). Contact: legal@ninjob.ch.
Do you accept users outside Switzerland?
The service is built for the Swiss job market. People outside Switzerland can sign up, but we don't cover their local job sources. GDPR applies to people residing in the European Union.
