The “PII sandwich”

Every candidate's personal data — name, email, previous employers, diplomas — is anonymised locally by a local model running on GPUs hosted in Geneva, BEFORE any cloud AI model is called. The cloud LLM only ever sees neutralised text. On the way out, identifying data is re-injected locally before anything is shown.
