Starte am 1. Dezember 2026 als Aufgaben Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team mit Klarheit, Wertschätzung und Verbindlichkeit und schaffst eine offene Feedback- und Kommunikationskultur Du verantwortest die Organisation der Station – von Dienstplanung und Personaleinsatz bis zur wirtschaftlichen Steuerung Du unterstützt dein Team bei anspruchsvollen pflegerischen Situationen und bist selbst in der direkten Pflege tätig Profil Ein Diplom in Pflege Tertiärstufe sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege Chirurgie Idealerweise Führungserfahrung und eine Weiterbildung von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Reflexionsfähigkeit sowie Resilienz, Selbstständigkeit und eine hohe Selbstwirksamkeit
