Job description
* International environment * Program management ## About Our Client ## Our client is an international company located in Geneva ## Job Description ## * Define, manage, and execute strategic global IT programs aligned with business objectives. * Establish program governance, monitor budgets, risks, timelines, and inter-project dependencies. * Lead large-scale ERP transformation initiatives involving SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise solutions. * Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning IT, business, and external partners across multiple countries. * Ensure successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining quality, scope, and budget commitments. * Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and provide regular steering committee reporting. * Drive organizational change management initiatives supporting technology adoption and business transformation. * Oversee third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners. * Promote best practices in project and program management across the organization. ## The Successful Applicant ## * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * 8+ years of experience managing complex IT programs and large-scale transformation initiatives. * Proven experience working within international and multicultural environments. * Strong expertise in ERP implementations and transformations, SAP, Oracle or an other tool of the market. * Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or industrial sectors is highly desirable. * Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment. * Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.
