HR Specialist

### Your tasks ### * Support the HRBP in managing employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. * Independently manage HR processes such as employment contracts, contract amendments, absences, returns to work, transfers and terminations. * Provide first-level HR advice to employees and managers on employment conditions, internal regulations, absences and contractual matters. * Prepare contracts, employment letters, certificates and other HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and legal requirements. * Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, supporting the development of efficient tools, procedures and HR services. ### Your profile ### * Bachelor-s degree in Economics, Psychology, Sociology or a related field. * An HR Specialist certification, such as the Swiss Federal Professional Certificate in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification, is considered a strong advantage. * Previous experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist or comparable role, with exposure to the main HR processes. * Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and the ability to manage HR cases with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy. * Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, organisational ability and a service-oriented approach. * Fluent in Italian and good command in English. --------------------
