###### Job Informationen ###### Arbeitsort: Bern Pensum: 80-100% Deine Aufgaben: Du entwickelst, validierst und betreust klinische NGS-Workflows für Panels, WES und WGS. Dazu gehören Varianten-Calling, Annotation, Qualitätskontrolle und Datenübertragung. Du automatisierst reproduzierbare Bioinformatik-Workflows, pflegst Datenbanken und Monitoring-Werkzeuge, entwickelst Anwendungen für den Zugriff auf Sequenzierdaten und integrierst Labor-Workflows in sLIMS. Dein Profil: Du verfügst über einen Masterabschluss in Bioinformatik, Computational Biology, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare praktische Qualifikation. Gute Kenntnisse in Python, Linux und Shell-Scripting sowie ein Grundverständnis der Hochdurchsatzsequenzierung werden vorausgesetzt. Erfahrung mit SQL, Nextflow, Snakemake, HPC, Java oder Groovy sowie Docker oder Singularity ist von Vorteil. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit runden dein Profil ab.
