Job description
Vorbereitung von Operationssälen, Instrumenten, Geräten und Materialien für geplante sowie für Notfalloperationen. Assistenz während Operationen – vorausschauend, aufmerksam und zuverlässig. Sicherstellung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Enge Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Team zum Wohle der Patientinnen und Patienten. Profil Abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung (mit eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis), Fachmittelschulausweis oder Matura. Für den Höhereinstieg: Diplom in Pflege (HF, DN II, AKP etc.), wodurch eine verkürzte Ausbildungsdauer möglich ist. Belastbarkeit in herausfordernden Situationen – sowohl physisch als auch psychisch. Technisches und organisatorisches Verständnis. Freude an Teamarbeit und eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit.
