Mit Beginn im August oder September suchen wir dich für das zwei- oder dreijährige Aufgaben Du betreust die Patientinnen und Patienten, setzt Pflegeschwerpunkte und lernst die einzelnen Schritte des Pflegeprozesses Du führst pflegerische Tätigkeiten durch und dokumentierst den Pflegeprozess Du nimmst an der Arztvisite teil, nimmst Verordnungen entgegen und führst diese fachgerecht aus Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in und übernimmst schrittweise die Rolle der Bezugspflegeperson Profil Du hast eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung, bei einem FaGe-Abschluss ist eine Verkürzung möglich Du bist ein Organisationstalent und physisch sowie psychisch belastbar Du hast eine hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft Du verfügst über gute Reflexions- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
