Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Versicherungsanträgen, Kundendaten und führst allfällige Mutationen durch Du empfängst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden freundlich am Empfang in Basel und sorgst für ein positives Erlebnis Du unterstützt das Team als Aushilfe im Telefondienst Profil Du hast eine abgeschlossene KV-Lehre (oder ähnliches) und bist im Umgang mit MS Office versiert Du bringst Flexibilität mit und bist offen für Neues Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast ein natürliches Flair im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden Die VBV Ausbildung ist von Vorteil
