100%, Temporär nach Vereinbarung Schlieren, Genf Informatik ## Ihre Aufgaben ## * Minimum 2 ans d´expérience dans le support IT de 2nd niveau * Expérience dans des projets de migration ou de rollout IT, un avantage * Français courant * Bon niveau d´anglais * Très bonne orientation client et sens du service * Personne autonome, fiable et organisée * À l?aise dans un environnement IT professionnel et international ## Unsere Anforderungen ## * Participation active à un important projet de rollout IT * Installation, configuration et remplacement des postes de travail * Assistance aux utilisateurs pendant le rollout * Résolution des incidents techniques * Accompagnement des utilisateurs lors de la migration * Documentation et suivi des interventions * Collaboration avec les équipes IT du projet
