DEINE AUFGABEN Personelle und fachliche Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines Logistikteams mit 12 bis 16 Mitarbeitenden Erstellung von Arbeits- und Einsatzplänen sowie Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen Sicherstellung der klinikinternen Materialversorgung und Warenverfügbarkeit Verantwortung für die zentrale und dezentrale Lagerbewirtschaftung inklusive Inventuren Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft Übernahme von Projektaufgaben im Neubauprojekt «Schachenallee» Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Beschaffungsteam zur Sicherstellung effizienter Beschaffungs- und Logistikprozesse Pflege und Kontrolle von Stamm- und Dispositionsdaten im SAP Erstellung und Auswertung von KPIs sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen im Logistikberech DEIN PROFIL Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker/in EFZ mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, davon einige Jahre in einer Führungsfunktion Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Vorteil Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie in der Analyse und Optimierung von Logistikprozessen Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen Vernetztes Denken sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern Die Arbeitszeiten sind grundsätzlich von Montag - Freitag, 7:00-16:00 Uhr.
