YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Overall responsibility (P&L) for the project portfolio in the area of refit, revision & repair Leadership, development and coaching of a team of around 20 employees in project and bid management Ensuring timely, economical and successful project execution Management of complex projects and further development of commercial project execution Expansion and further development of a professional bid management for offer and tender projects Optimisation of processes, structures and cross-organisational interfaces Participation in strategic decisions as well as transformation and turnaround initiatives Leading the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in the area of commercial project execution Deputising for the managing director and representing the department in audits and reviews YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Higher technical and business education (FH/University) Several years of leadership and management experience in a project-oriented industrial environment; experience in the rail industry is an advantage Proven success in managing complex project portfolios with result responsibility Experience in project management, bid management and managing interdisciplinary and international teams Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills and high implementation capability Experience with change processes as well as process and organisational development Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchy levels and in contact with customers Good ERP knowledge, ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA Very good German and English skills; additional languages, especially French, are an advantage YOUR BENEFITS Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscription Health promotion: subsidy for fitness subscription and fruit baskets Support for further training opportunities (financially or with part-time options) Claudia Pich HR Business Partner +41 79 868 68 87
