Job description
You lead and coordinate a portfolio of bids and projects at a rail technology site, balancing resources and managing risk to achieve strategic goals. ## Tasks - Coordinate bids and projects to meet organizational strategic goals while minimizing portfolio risk - Balance the portfolio to create optimal value for the organization - Ensure timely resource allocation for bids and projects - Drive quality, cost and delivery accountability across project portfolios - Manage and develop a team of bid managers, project managers and sub-system managers - Deploy and monitor bid and project processes across the site - Facilitate collaboration between sites and stakeholders to resolve escalated issues ## Profile - Degree in business management, engineering or a related field - Project management certification (IPMA or PMI) is a plus - At least 10 years of experience leading projects and/or bids - Experience in a leadership role, ideally with transversal or international assignments - Fluency in English, French and German required - Knowledge of the railway industry is desirable ## Offer - 3–6 months interim, then a permanent position ## Company Rail technology Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/site-tenders-projects-director-tah-p7b6y/
