Job description
Sie entwickeln Software und Hardwareintegrationen für automatisierte Laborprozesse in der Wirkstoffforschung. Dabei verbinden Sie Orchestrierungssysteme, Instrumentensteuerung und Datenmanagement zu einer durchgängigen Laborplattform. ## Aufgaben - Design, Programmierung und Fehlerbehebung von Hochdurchsatz-Laborworkflows - Aufbau von Orchestrierungssystemen, Hardware-Abstraktionsschichten und Gerätetreibern - Implementierung von Logging, Metriken und Alerts zur Fehlererkennung in Hard- und Software - Aufbau einer digitalen Repräsentation des Labors inklusive Probenidentität und Gerätestatus - Verbindung von Instrumenten über APIs sowie Integration mit LIMS und ELN - Verantwortung für Hardwareanforderungen, Standortvorgaben und Work-Cell-Integration ## Profil - 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung und Hardwareintegration - Erfahrung mit kommerziellen Liquid-Handling- oder Laborautomationsplattformen - Fundierte Kenntnisse in C# oder Python - Kenntnisse in Molekularbiologie, Biochemie oder Wet-Lab-Workflows von Vorteil - Erfahrung mit Prototyping, CNC-Fräsen, Laserschneiden und CAD - Erfahrung mit APIs und SDKs für komplexe Laborsoftware-Ökosysteme ## Unternehmen Pharma- & Biotechforschung Bewerbung: online über Try&Hire, mit Ihrem Profil — https://tryandhire.io/ch-de/einsaetze/e/senior-software-engineer-lab-automation-tah-eb5ee/
