• Check-In und Check-Out für Individualgäste sowie Gruppen • Betreuung der Gäste vor, während und nach ihrem Aufenthalt • Aktualisierung der Datenbank/Kontakte • Bedienung des Telefons • Conciergerie • Verantwortlich für die direkte Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, sowohl telefonisch als auch per E-Mail, in D/E • Direkte Beantwortung und Bearbeitung der Korrespondenz in D/E • Diverse monatliche Arbeiten • Tägliche Kassenabschlüsse • Bei Bedarf Bereitschaft zum Einsatz in anderen Abteilungen des Hotels
