Job description
* 15 August 2026 * 80 - 100% * Permanent position * Möhlin Your tasks * Responsible for the creation and professional review of the PQRs and the control charts used for this purpose * Preparation of the monthly quality metrics as well as active participation in the annual management report * Coordination of measures and activities to improve the assigned quality assurance tasks * Support in deviation management: Competent involvement in recording, investigating and evaluating deviations as well as monitoring CAPA measures * Support of the QMS team in tasks (e.g. change management, creation/management of quality documents) * Improvement of QMS workflows/processes * Conducting internal quality training * Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements for quality guidelines * Participation in interdisciplinary projects internally and externally * Professional support of the audit team Our requirements * Technical or scientific education in the field of chemistry/pharma * Training as a GMP auditor is an advantage * Experience in quality assurance in a GMP environment (at least 2 years) * Experience in risk management * High level of quality awareness * Team-oriented, conscientious and structured way of working * Good German and English skills, spoken and written * Confident handling of MS Office applications, as well as ERP systems, ideally SAP We offer * Versatile, exciting and demanding areas of responsibility with personal freedom for proactive and responsible work * Good induction in a appreciative collegial team * Long-term employment perspective with a secure workplace * Flat hierarchies, open and direct working atmosphere, clear structures * Employment conditions with good social benefits and pension fund savings plan * Convenient location, well accessible by public transport and free parking Please send us your complete application documents including a cover letter and indication of your starting date and salary expectations.
