We-re looking for a Project Manager to: - drive the design and development of the -Onboarding as a Service- capability from strategy and concepts to roll-out - define and implement a standardized, reusable and industrialized platform deployment model for Switzerland and International Locations - support planning, execution, governance, and quality assurance for large-scale transformation initiatives - facilitate translation of business needs into clear requirements, solution designs, and scalable operating models as a Business Analyst-type of activity - manage key stakeholders across Business Divisions, Streams, Group Functions and Technology as well as cross-stream dependencies to enable effective decision-making, efficiency, and capture business value Job Reference \# 342619BR City Zürich Job Type Full Time The team You-ll join Onbaording as a Service-Team within GWM-s COO, focused on strengthening and industrializing platform capabilities across the firm. Based in Zurich, the team works collaboratively across Business, Technology and Group Functions with a hands-on, client-oriented and outcome-driven mindset, combining conceptual depth with pragmatic execution to deliver tangible Business impact. Your skills and experience - self-driven business transformation manager professional with ~3-5 years of experience in large-scale transformations or delivery projects, preferably in financial services - strong experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and target operating model design in complex, multi-stakeholder environments - solid understanding of banking, transformation contexts and platform-based operating models - ability to bridge Business and Technology, translating strategy into actionable requirements and solutions - strong conceptual, analytical, stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills - entrepreneurial, proactive team player with strong ownership - comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving program environments - excellent English; German is a plus - you are curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
