Job description
To strengthen our engineering team, we are looking for a dedicated, experienced Project Engineer. In this role, you take responsibility as a technical authority for electrical engineering projects with low to medium complexity – particularly for medium-voltage, low-voltage and standby power systems in the service business (retrofit). You implement the requirements of concepts within the specified time and budget framework and ensure that all specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and standards are consistently met. Work Model: #hybridBusiness Line: Service (Division Electrification) Your responsibilities Product configuration, creation of electrical schematics using EPLAN and preparation of simple mechanical drawings using AutoCAD Creation of selectivity calculations Execution of type testing (design verifications) for non-standard configurations based on checklists and applicable standards Technical support during tests and commissioning and support of project management in technical reviews, customer meetings and implementation of change and variation requests Development of effort estimates and feasibility recommendations for the quotation team Preparation of system documentation, as-built documents and acceptance records Qualifications for the Role Completed apprenticeship as an electrician or automation technician plus further training as a technician HF/FH or comparable qualification At least 2 years of professional experience in project engineering, ideally in energy technology. Experience in mechanical engineering is an advantage.
