As a Product Expert, you will serve as the technical point of contact for our international partners and customers. You will analyze complex technical issues, develop sustainable solutions, and coordinate service and repair cases in close collaboration with internal specialists. In this role, you will ensure a smooth flow of information between customers, the field sales team, Product Management, and Engineering. Your responsibilities will also include handling customer claims and complaints, preparing technical customer information, and maintaining documentation and systems. With your analytical and solution-oriented approach, you will make a significant contribution to maintaining a high level of service quality and continuously improving our processes.
