--- base: / meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0 title: Manager Financial Governance --- Manager Financial Governance ============================ **Responsibilities** ==================== * Lead Financial Governance across the Group and ensure compliance with accounting policies, reporting standards, and governance requirements. * Own and maintain Group accounting policies, procedures, and the Accounting \& Reporting Manual. * Act as the subject matter expert for IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, and complex technical accounting matters. * Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate the implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements. * Lead the assessment of complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and financing arrangements. * Oversee impairment testing, significant accounting judgments, estimates, and accounting position papers. * Partner with finance teams, auditors, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent application of accounting policies and successful audit execution. * Drive continuous audit and financial governance improvements through data analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards, user training, and reporting insights. **Requirements** ================ * University degree in Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Swiss CPA qualification is required. * Minimum five years of experience in Group Finance, Financial Governance, Audit, or Accounting within a complex corporate environment. * Deep understanding of financial governance principles, internal controls, and valuation methodologies. * Profound practical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Swiss GAAP FER. * Experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA and/or ECC); experience with OneStream is beneficial. * Proven ability to work effectively across functions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and successfully drive initiatives through implementation. * Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.  * * *  * * * jidf12090ejm jit1041jm jiy26jm
