Wir suchen ein neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Management Praktikant:in per 01. Februar 2027 unterstützt. Unser Aufgabenmenü - Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Stv. COO, des Operation Director & Projects und Director F&B in der Abteilung Sorell Hotels & Restaurants - Projektmanagement: Leitung kleinerer Projekte und Mitarbeit / Unterstützung in laufenden F&B und Operations Projekten - Organisation und Koordination von Workshops und internen Anlässen - Definition, Optimierung / Überarbeitung von zentralen Prozessen in der Hotellerie Dein Erfolgsrezept - Loyalität und Diskretion, Integrität - Flexible Persönlichkeit mit einer starken Dienstleistungsorientierung - Offen und transparent - Effizientes, speditives und genaues Arbeiten - Strategisches Denken und Handeln - Interesse an Konzeption und Projekt Management - Agiles und innovatives Mindset - Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
