# Legal Advisor Wealth Management # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Geneva Start date: asap Reference number: 896913/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Provide legal advice in the areas of banking, financial and commercial law * Support business lines and corporate functions on legal matters, particularly within Wealth Management * Monitor legal issues related to the services provided by the bank and propose practical, compliant solutions * Assist with regulatory projects relating to banking and financial services * Advise on cross-border legal topics within the established banking framework * Provide legal support in connection with new financial products and services * Support projects involving other Swiss group entities, foundations, branches and legal entities * Draft, review and negotiate contracts and contractual documentation * Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various business lines and functions ### Profile ### * Swiss lawyer's certificate (Swiss Bar admission) * Ideally supplemented by an LL.M. or another advanced legal qualification * Solid professional experience in banking, finance, or a law firm serving the banking sector * Strong interest in Wealth Management and financing topics * Fluent English and French are required * German language skills are considered an advantage * Strong legal drafting and contract review skills * Client-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style * Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment ### Benefits ### * Work within a dynamic, multicultural legal environment * Collaborate with experienced legal professionals across Switzerland * Exposure to a broad range of banking, regulatory and Wealth Management topics * A collaborative environment that values cooperation, agility and cross-functional teamwork
