Act as the main tech contact for clients throughout projects. Mentor developers and promote a culture of continuous learning. Skills Degree in computer science with 7+ years in development and Agile. We are strengthening our team of experts and looking for a passionate Lead Software Engineer to drive transformation across leading Swiss organizations, based in our Zurich office. Your mission Lead the design and delivery of software solutions leveraging Claude, Claude Code and engineering best practices Act as the go-to technical contact for our clients Take part in the entire project lifecycle: from requirements analysis to production, including design, development, quality assurance and operational support Contribute to defining the technical architecture and set up CI/CD pipelines, applying agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) and a DevSecOps culture Mentor developers and foster a continuous learning environment Degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 7 years of development experience and proven experience leading Agile teams Proficiency in Spring Boot or .NET; Angular/React is a plus Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent design; RAG is a plus Good knowledge of web architectures, REST services and security best practices (OWASP, JWT, authorization management) Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP) Solid hands-on experience with Docker; understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps culture Fluency in German and English (minimum C1); French is a plus A dynamic, collaborative culture with a strong client focus, working with prestigious Swiss organizations on diverse and cutting-edge technology projects A growth-oriented environment with a clear career path and fast progression opportunities A modern work model combining office presence, home office, and client-site collaboration A competitive salary and a healthy work-life balance A team of experts always ready to share knowledge, backed by a proven mentoring model to support your personal and professional development.
