With an area of 7106 km², Graubünden is the largest canton in Switzerland and, with 150 valleys, 615 lakes, 140 tourist resorts and countless days of sunshine per year, offers a high quality of life. The cantonal administration of Graubünden is as diverse as our landscape. # Land Purchase Manager # ## Technical Office | 80-100 % | Chur ## The Technical Office is responsible for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of cantonal roads, as well as hydraulic works and slow mobility in Graubünden. In addition, we take care of the operational maintenance of national roads within the canton. The cantonal road infrastructure includes over 1450 structures, including bridges up to 90 metres high and tunnels up to 3 kilometres long. The challenges that the nature of our mountain canton conceals in summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. As a certified office with the Friendly Work Space label, the health and satisfaction of our approximately 480 employees are particularly important to us. For this reason, we are committed to systematic health management in the company (GSA). For the services section, we are looking for **a land purchase manager** **from 1 December 2026** or by agreement. Tasks * Management and organisation of the specialist land purchase sector, consisting of two people * Representation of the Technical Office or the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Mobility during negotiations and public authentications related to the purchase of land for the construction of cantonal roads * Preparation of contracts for registrations and corrections in the land register * Submission of applications for judicial securing of evidence * Examination and assessment of damage compensation claims * Submission of applications and organisation of expropriations * Responsibility for the measurement and demarcation of completed projects as well as for updating the list of parcels * Support and advice to municipalities and cantonal services regarding land purchase What we expect from you * Completed training as a real estate trustee with a land register officer licence or equivalent training * Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage * Ability to assert oneself, strong communication and negotiation skills as well as high social competence * Structured, independent and precise working method * Ability to think analytically and interdisciplinarily * Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage We look forward to receiving your online application and to meeting you.
