Job description
You strengthen laboratory data foundations by connecting scientific instruments and systems into scalable, well-documented data pipelines in a research environment. ## Tasks - Translate laboratory functional requirements into scalable technical data solutions - Connect new and existing lab instruments to LIMS, robotics and automation platforms - Implement customizations to lab digital platforms for efficiency and traceability - Identify ways to increase the value of lab data through data integration and warehousing - Support testing, deployment and continuous improvement of lab data solutions ## Profile - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or computational discipline, or equivalent experience - Solid experience in applying data engineering to scientific or laboratory data - Experience with LIMS customization, data models and instrument integration - Programming skills in Python, R, Java or Groovy - Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Airflow and dbt, APIs, SQL/NoSQL - Fluent spoken and written English ## Offer - Hybrid work model - Full time 100% ## Company Research & development Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/lab-data-technology-specialist-tah-prfsf/
