DEINE AUFGABEN: ●First & Second Level Support vor Ort ●Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen und Tickets ●Unterhalt und Wartung von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und mobilen Geräten ●Unterstützung der Anwender im täglichen IT-Betrieb ●Helpdesk- und Telefonsupport ●Mitarbeit bei kleineren IT-Projekten WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST: ●Abgeschlossene Informatik-Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung ●Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Windows und Microsoft 365 ●Grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse (LAN, WLAN, VPN, TCP/IP) ●Kundenorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise ●Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse CHANCEN UND PERSPEKTIVEN: ●Fester Einsatz Montag bis Freitag bei einem Kunden in Wil ●Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit direktem Anwenderkontakt ●Hohe Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung ●Kollegiales und professionelles Arbeitsumfeld ●Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten ●Kostenlose Parkplätze
