It is in this dynamic environment that we invite you to join our team as: ## ## **HR Manager (maternity replacement)** **80% -** **October 2026 to April 2027** As part of the school-s Senior Leadership Team, you would have the following responsibilities: * Provide customized support to employees and managers alike in any aspects relating to the employee life cycle * Manage the complete employee life cycle from an administrative viewpoint (contracts, work permit requests, insurances, certificates, HR databases etc) * Provide payroll related instructions to the Payroll Specialist * Maintain up-to-date the internal policies, procedures and documentation related to the employees * Manage all recruitments and support colleagues in any employee relations issues * Establish and process monthly reporting and compliance to group * Support the performance review cycle process And we are looking for the following qualifications and skills: * Bachelor degree in Human Resources and/or Swiss certification in personnel management (-Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines-, an asset) * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR with strong knowledge of Swiss labour law, regulations and social insurance legislation and practice * Fluency in English and French * Pro-active and self-driven person * Rigorous, autonomous, discrete and exercises respect and strong professionalism towards confidential information * Affinity with and interest in education * Clean criminal records and valid work permit If you share our passion for education and would like to join our team, please apply directly online through our website.
