About the Role We are looking for an HR Administration Assistant to join our team in Basel at 60%, starting on 1 December 2026. This is an entry-level opportunity: no previous experience is required. Your Responsibilities Support the preparation and administration of employment contracts. Handle administrative tasks related to employee joiners and leavers. Record and update sick leave and absence information. Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR administration. Your Profile Fluent German is essential. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. A reliable approach to handling confidential information. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. No previous HR experience required; applicants looking for their first job are welcome. What We Offer A 60% position based in Basel. A start date of 1 December 2026.
