As Head of Product Management, you will shape the future of our YpsoPump portfolio and establish Product Management as a strategic driver of innovation, growth, and customer value. Leading a team of Product Managers, you will define the long-term portfolio direction, strengthen commercial and lifecycle performance, and build the capabilities and operating model required to deliver differentiated solutions for people living with diabetes. Head of Product Management | 100% Ref. No. 332 Location: Burgdorf | Hybrid Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases. Your main tasks Define and execute the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap for the YpsoPump portfolio Own the strategic and commercial performance of the portfolio, including investment priorities, business cases, pricing strategy, and lifecycle decisions Lead Product Management across the full product lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and product definition to launch, optimization, and retirement Build and develop a high-performing Product Management organization with clear accountabilities, effective governance, scalable ways of working, and strong talent Translate patient, customer, clinical, market, and competitive insights into differentiated product strategies and solutions Represent Product Management in executive decision-making and align Commercial, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and external partners around clear portfolio priorities Your profile Significant Product Management leadership experience within Medical Devices, Digital Health, or another relevant regulated technology environment Proven success managing complex global product portfolios and delivering measurable commercial results across the product lifecycle Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen, including experience with portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, business cases, and pricing Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and developing or transforming Product Management organizations Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead effectively in a global matrix environment Customer-centric and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights and complexity into clear strategic choices and meaningful patient and business value University degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage Fluent English; German is an advantage Experience the benefits of working with us Pension fund mylife Diabetes Care 55% of the pension contributions Mobility support Charging stations, Swiss Half Fare Card, parking, close to public transport Free sport facilities affordable or free gyms Family friendly Financial contributions to childcare Working hours working time arrangements: Shiftwork, annual working hours, part-time FlexWork Work where and when you want (in Switzerland) Up-to-date work environment Modern offices and production rooms; staff restaurant and break areas Together, we create solutions that improve lives.
