To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and teamoriented individual for the business area Group Functions at the Flamatt site as a **Head of Business Applications (non-ERP) 80-100%** For over 75 years, we have been following our curiosity. In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards. **What you will do:** * Lead the **Non-ERP Applications team** and ensure reliable application services across the Comet Group (PLM, MS Office365, Jira/Confluence, HR and others) * Own the application landscape, including budget, licenses, external partners and service providers * Drive the application roadmap together with business stakeholders and IT Architects * Optimize business processes and ensure secure integration between applications and systems * Act as a strategic partner and escalation point for business departments across the organization * Lead projects, drive system improvements and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget ** ** **What you bring:** * Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field, combined with solid leadership experience * 7+ years of experience in senior IT application management, including people leadership * Strong knowledge of PLM, collaboration systems and IT application integration * Good understanding of business processes in industrial companies and R&D environments * Proven project management and stakeholder management experience in an international environment * Excellent English skills, German is a plus, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach **Why join us?
