Lead the traffic control team in the group leader's absence. Plan and execute traffic police controls and patrols. Skills Completed police training and several years of experience. From 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as Deputy Group Leader City Police 80-100% - Traffic Control Group City of Baden Part-time Permanent Public Safety Your tasks Supporting the group leader of the traffic control group Leading the traffic control group during the group leader’s absence in operational and organisational matters Monitoring working hours and expense reimbursements of the group’s employees via the planning and reporting system E3 Introducing new employees Co-assessing the performance of employees (MAG – employee appraisal) Planning and conducting traffic police controls Processing detected offences in the reporting area Patrol duties Your profile Completed professional examination as a police officer BBT (BP or certificate) Leadership course I (SPI) or willingness to complete it Several years of professional experience as a police officer Strong interest in traffic police matters Independent working style and decisiveness Team-oriented behaviour We offer Meaningful work with prospects.
