  To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and teamoriented individual for the business area Group Functions at the Flamatt site as a   **Group Function Controller 80-100%**   For over 75 years, we have been following our curiosity. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.   **What you will do: ** * Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide monthly financial reports and analysis for various Group Functions and derive recommendations for action from them * Planning & Performance Management: Lead the Group Functions planning processes, rolling forecast and develop management dashboards-to control the departmental performance * Collaboration & Communication: Act as the Finance Business Partner to Group Function Heads such as IT, HR and Finance and prepare management presentations * Continuous Improvement: Drive transformation initiatives and standardize financial performance across the Group Functions    **What you bring:** * Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting * Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a similar role * Proficiency in financial modeling. Power BI & Power Query skills are a plus * Fluent English is a must and German skills are a plus * Understanding of IFRS and strong communication skills **Why join us?
