Assess training needs with participants prior to sessions. Prepare and deliver engaging training sessions. Skills Fluent in French with adult education experience required. To strengthen its teams, Excelsia is looking for a French as a Foreign Language trainer – Geneva (male or female). He – she will provide individual support in the field of socio-professional integration. Status: Freelance (billing based on services provided) Activity volume: A few hours or tens of hours per year Start of first assignment: In the coming weeks Location: Geneva and surroundings (next assignment: Versoix) Tasks: Trainer: Identify needs with the participant before the training sessions Prepare and conduct the training sessions Profile: Excellent command of the French language Significant experience in adult education and French as a Foreign Language didactics. Extensive practical experience in the professional context, reintegration, job seekers Flexible approach and ability to quickly adapt to participants' requests Mobile person, willing to travel around the Geneva area for durations of 2 or 3 hours.
