Tasks Teach CIE courses on manual machining, CNC, metrology, and assembly. Guide apprentices with motivating pedagogy and recognize their efforts. Manage investments and organize weekly workloads for apprentices. Skills CFC in polymechanics with CNC machining expertise and 3-4 years experience. Experience in training staff, especially young apprentices, is a plus. Knowledge of MS-Office and ERP software is an advantage. Your main activities: Deliver CIE courses (Manual machining techniques, conventional, CNC, metrology, assembly) Guide apprentices towards success through motivating pedagogy and valuing their work Report information to management in the form of a cockpit (cost tracking, status of commitments, apprentice production via SAP) Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and purchases. Plan and organise the weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, machine usage, tracking manufactured parts) and sign work logs and apprentice absences. Conflict management, enforce internal rules in case of non-compliance with company values, organise meetings with parents if necessary Collaborate with training partners (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools) Participate in biannual exchanges with local training centres Organise open days, internships for future apprentices, educational and recreational events Manage educational outings (teambuilding, skiing, industrial visits) Plan individual interviews and qualification reports every 6 months. Motivate apprentices to participate in competitions such as SwissSkills or IndustrieSkills.
