Für eine Pflege- und Wohnheim im Zürich-Oberland suchen wir per sofort eine engagierte Fachfrau / -mann Gesundheit EFZ - Spitex. Ihre Aufgaben Professionelle Betreuung und Pflege der Klientinnen und Klienten – sowohl zu Hause als auch vor Ort Fachgerechte Durchführung von medizinischen, diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen gemäss ärztlicher Verordnung Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Spitex-Bereich Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil Führerausweis der Kategorie B, eigenes Auto von Vorteil Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und flexible Persönlichkeit
