## **Deine Aufgaben** ## * Proaktive Leitung des Pop-Up Restaurants * Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen wie Küche und Marketing * Erstellen von Reports, Statistiken, Kostenanalysen und Auswertungen * Gestaltung von F&B Unterlagen * Mithilfe in operativen Projekten zur Steigerung der Servicequalität sowie Unterstützung in den Restaurants ## **Dein Profil** ## * In der Ausbildung an einer anerkannten Schweizer Hotelfachschule * Berufserfahrung im F&B sowie auch in der Administration * Kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft * Teamfähig, flexibel sowie kostenbewusst * Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse * Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Programme (Outlook, Word und Excel)
