DEINE AUFGABEN Individuell ausgerichtete und kompetente Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten gemäss unserem Pflegeleitbild Zusammen mit unseren familiären Teams sorgst du für eine bestmögliche Pflegequalität Durch unser Belegarztsystem trägst du viel Verantwortung und agierst sehr selbständig in der klinischen Entscheidungsfindung und den einzuleitenden Massnahmen Die Begleitung von Lernenden und Studierenden sowie die Pflegedokumentation gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben Bei uns leistest du vorwiegend Tages- und Spätschichten, da wir ein eigenes Nachtdienstteam haben DEIN PROFIL Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann (HF / FH), bei ausländischem Diplom mit SRK-Anerkennung Erfahrung im Akutspital Freundliches und kommunikatives Mindset Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
