Responsibilities : * Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of digital products. * Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring evolution initiatives deliver measurable business value. * Analyze market trends, user feedback, and business requirements to translate needs into actionable product enhancements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions effectively support business objectives and user expectations. * Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and identify innovative solutions. * Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to measure product performance, user adoption, business impact, and customer satisfaction. * Evaluate new opportunities, technologies, and concepts through business cases, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Profile : * Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Applications Management, or Digital Transformation. * Proven experience defining product roadmaps and driving product evolution initiatives. * Strong ability to bridge business needs and technical teams. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. * Fluent English is required. \#LI-AP2 \#LI-Hybrid
