Traiter et suivre les commandes clients de bout en bout Vérifier la disponibilité des produits et organiser les expéditions Gérer les demandes clients (retours, réclamations, informations) Suivre les livraisons et résoudre les éventuels problèmes Collaborer avec les équipes internes (logistique, ventes) Profil recherché Expérience significative en gestion de commandes clients (indispensable) Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, allemand un atout À l’aise avec les outils informatiques (ERP, Excel…) Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) service client
