Join our team to enhance firefighter training programs! We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment with great benefits. Tasks Translate cantonal competency frameworks into pedagogical objectives. Develop and update educational resources like course plans and digital content. Support the training offer for firefighters at the training center. Skills Experience in pedagogy, safety, or project management required. Strong team spirit and collaborative skills are essential. Your missions You translate the cantonal skills framework into educational objectives and ensure the coherence of content, skills, and expected practices. You oversee the development and updating of educational materials (lesson plans, didactics, digital content, etc.). You participate in the development of the training offer for firefighters at the Training Center. You supervise and support instructors and pool leaders in the pedagogical implementation. You ensure qualitative and quantitative monitoring of courses, analyze reports, write reports, and propose improvement actions. Your profile You have recognized training or experience in pedagogy, safety, or project management, as well as proven experience in coordinating or managing training projects. You hold a diploma as a firefighter instructor SP CSSP or adult trainer. You have several years of experience in designing, coordinating, and managing adult training programs, ideally in the field of safety, rescue, or militia-structured organizations. You are familiar with the operation and regulations of firefighters (important asset). You master French or German and have very good knowledge of the other language. You demonstrate a sense of service, good team spirit, diplomacy, and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
