Product Development & Industrialization** * Lead execution of the product development pipeline from concept to market launch * Ensure successful industrialization of new products * Drive manufacturing readiness, regulatory compliance, and launch preparedness * Coordinate internal teams and external development partners * Translate innovation into scalable, commercially viable products * Balance quality, compliance, execution reliability, and time-to-market **2. Operations & Supply Chain Leadership** * Own the end-to-end operational value chain * Lead Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, RA/QA, and Operational Excellence functions * Ensure operational readiness to support commercial growth * Strengthen supplier management and governance * Maintain product quality and regulatory excellence * Improve operational performance, resilience, and scalability **3. Operating Model & Capability Building** * Design and implement the company's future operating model * Develop organizational capabilities, systems, processes, and governance * Strengthen internal industrial and operational expertise * Improve operational visibility and data-driven decision-making * Build scalable planning, quality, and performance management capabilities * Preserve agility while scaling the organization **4.
