Consultant for pebeFINANCE and pebe Live (accounting software) 40 - 60 % pebe AG, based in Frauenfeld (TG), is a renowned software company for trustees, financial service providers and consulting firms. By arrangement, we are looking for a consultant 40 - 60 % for pebeFINANCE and pebe Live. Your challenge: Telephone customer support regarding our software applications Consulting and supporting our users (mostly trustees) Creating requests for our product management Testing new features of our software applications Updating documentation, manuals, etc. Monitoring and direct handling of online enquiries for pebe Live (chat) Your skills: You have a commercial or business school qualification You have a strong interest in accounting and IT You have a friendly manner and enjoy dealing with customers on the phone You work independently, systematically and efficiently We offer you: a collegial environment with a healthy mix of dynamism and experience regular team events advanced social benefits and a free parking space Would you like to combine your expertise in accounting with IT applications and develop personally?
