* Strategic HRBP role within an international pharma environment * 6+ month assignment with senior stakeholder exposure ## About Our Client ## Our client is a global pharmaceutical company operating in a complex and international environment. Due to ongoing business priorities, they are looking for an HR Business Partner who can start quickly and support the organisation on an initial 6+ month contract. ## Job Description ## * Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. * Provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational development initiatives. * Support managers with employee relations and performance management processes. * Advise on HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. * Facilitate employee engagement activities to foster a productive work environment. * Partner with recruitment teams to attract and onboard top talent. * Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes. * Lead or participate in HR projects to support organisational priorities. ## The Successful Applicant ## * 5-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within pharma, biotech or life sciences. * Experience supporting leaders within international matrix organisations. * Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning and organisational development. * Experience supporting organisational change, restructurings or transformation initiatives. * Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels. * Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills. * Hands-on, pragmatic approach combined with strong business acumen. * Fluent English required; German and/or French considered a strong advantage. ## What's on Offer ## * Exposure to senior leaders and key business functions * International pharmaceutical environment * Broad HRBP scope with strategic and operational impact * Opportunity to contribute to high-visibility people initiatives Quote job ref JN-082026-7089069 Job Function Human Resources Specialisation HR Business Partner Industry Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Where Zug Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN-082026-7089069
