DEINE AUFGABEN Empfangen und Betreuen unserer Patienten Koordination von Terminen am Telefon und vor Ort Exakte Erfassung der Patientendaten und Kontrolle der Unterlagen Zustellen von Berichten und Bildern Erledigen von administrativen Arbeiten Unterstützung einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Radiologie sowie anderen Abteilungen innerhalb der Klinik DEIN PROFIL Abgeschlossene medizinische Ausbildung (z.B. MPA oder Arztsekretärin/Arztsekretär) Praktische Erfahrung in einer Radiologie von Vorteil Du hast Freude an der Bewältigung von administrativen Aufgaben, arbeitest genau, speditiv und kannst Prioritäten setzen Als Organisationstalent arbeitest du gerne in einem engagierten und motivierten Team und zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft aus Gute Computer- sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mündlich wie auch schriftlich Die Arbeitstage sind jeweils am Donnerstag (ganztägig) und am Freitagvormittag.
