Job description
Aufgaben: - Verantwortung für die Betreuung, Konfiguration, Testen und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems Opale, Telefonie (Siemens), Patienten-Medien-Terminals und weiterer administrativer Applikationen - Anwender-Support inkl. Pikett-Dienst Integration und Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs von Endgeräten und Applikationen - Begleitung von IT Vorhaben und Unterstützung im Patchmanagement - Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Betriebshandbüchern Mitarbeit in innovativen Projekten als Fachspezialist, sowie Leitung von Teilprojekten Anforderungen: - Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Bereich - Gute Kenntnisse im IT Support (Betrieb und Einführung von IT Fachlösungen) - Erfahrung im Spitalbetrieb oder Umgang mit technischen/medizinischen Geräten von Vorteil - Kenntnisse der ITIL-Prozesse von Vorteil - Zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit - Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation
