If you are looking for a varied and exciting new professional challenge, we are happy to receive your application. ​Your responsibilities: ​ General Ledger & Month-End Close Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications ​Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances ​Support the maintenance of chart of accounts and accounting master data Financial Reporting & Analysis Assist in preparing internal financial reports ​Support variance analysis between actuals and budget Ensure data accuracy and completeness for management reporting ​ Compliance & Controls ​Ensure accounting activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and relevant accounting standards (IFRS/Swiss GAAP) Assist with internal and external audit requests ​ Operational Support Collaborate with relevant stakeholders inside and outside the Finance Organisation to ensure accurate and timely data flow ​Maintain organized documentation ​ Your profile: ​Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or comparable education Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role ​Good understanding of general accounting principles ​ Skills ​Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities ​High attention to detail and accuracy ​Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft dynamics, or similar) is a plus Good communication and organizational skills ​Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines ​ Language: ​Good working knowledge of German and English ​Your benefits: ​A flexible working time model with a 40-hour week At least 5 weeks of vacation Contributions to childcare costs Travel insurance for private trips and private accident insurance A 13th-month salary paid without social deductions, plus profit-sharing in successful business years We look forward to receiving your application!
