Develop building maintenance tasks and optimize related processes. Coordinate external contractors and service providers effectively. Skills Technical training or apprenticeship; further education is a plus. Strong organizational skills and technical maintenance experience. Excellent teamwork and communication skills with partners. What you can achieve Responsible for the smooth, safe and functional operation of the entire C5I Campus Further development of tasks in building maintenance as well as introduction and optimisation of corresponding processes Coordination and supervision of external service providers, craftsmen and cleaning staff in a high-security environment Responsible for the care and maintenance of the green areas in the C5I Campus Independently organising smaller conversion projects as well as participating in larger construction and development projects Ensuring the contractually agreed services of the C5I infrastructure as well as acting as the interface to the facility management of RUAG Real Estate and other departments Coordination of logistics orders as well as responsibility for warehouse and material management Further development of your own role in an agile environment What you bring with you Commitment to your work and your team Completed craft or technical training, further training as a technical clerk advantageous Independent and structured way of working as well as the ability to create structure and overview in dynamic environments Resilient and flexible personality with quick comprehension Hands-on mentality and willingness to get involved operationally Organisational talent and experience in technical maintenance, as well as a good sense for the care of green areas Experience and enjoyment in working with internal and external partners High IT affinity and good MS Office skills Driving licence category B required Very good knowledge of German Salary and benefits About 3000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make a significant contribution to Switzerland's security every day.
