You manage the end-to-end execution of gas-insulated switchgear projects, covering technical design, procurement and stakeholder coordination. ## Tasks - Develop and manage technical project plans aligned with customer requirements and regulations - Prepare and review engineering documents such as specifications, drawings and material lists - Act as the primary technical contact for customers, engineering teams, suppliers and subcontractors - Define material requirements and oversee procurement and configuration for fabrication - Track project costs and timelines and implement corrective actions - Identify and resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement - Provide on-site support during installation, testing and commissioning ## Profile - Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, ideally in gas-insulated switchgear or high-voltage equipment - Proficiency in CAD software for design and engineering documentation - Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office and scheduling tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to coordinate across R&D, production, procurement and quality teams - Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus ## Offer - 80-100% workload - 3-6 months interim, then a permanent position ## Company Power transmission equipment Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/project-manager-primary-engineering-tah-c7ula/
