Join our vibrant team in La Chaux-de-Fonds as a Junior HR Business Partner (f/m/x) for a temporary mission (6-9 months) and be part of something extraordinary! You will support management and employees with recruitment and all HR-related topics. You will manage employee cases related to sickness and monitor HR KPIs. You will also participate in a variety of projects related to the HR strategy. Your contribution: - You will provide day to day HR support to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding). - You will act as a trusted HR partner to managers, advising them on people related topics and team management. - You will handle employment law questions, internal policies, and sensitive or complex situations. - You will contribute to annual HR processes such as performance reviews, people reviews, promotions, salary cycles, and succession planning. - You will support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and following up on development actions. - You will manage recruitment for professional and managerial roles in collaboration with hiring managers. - You will develop and monitor HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment metrics, training indicators, etc.) and support HR reporting. - You will participate in HR projects and continuous improvement of internal processes. - You will provide support to HR colleagues on various topics (payroll, internal communication, HR administration). - You will contribute to the organization of internal events (celebrations, annual events, HR initiatives). You will fit well to our squad if you have: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, industrial environment - Experience in project work and the analysis and optimization of processes - Commercial education or university deqree. Further education in Human Resources Manaqement (Federal diploma or university deqree). - - Nice to have: further education in chanqe manaqement, psycholoqy - IT Knowledge (MS Office as well as in a HR-ERP or SAP) and good knowledge of labor law - Strategic project management and change management skills - You speak French and English fluently - You are well organized, structured, independent and communicative personality with high level of assertiveness and implementation assets - You are emphatic, motivated personality with high level of initiative, integer personality with a cross-linked mindset - You are skilled to adhere with the orqanizational goals, standards, culture, and policies We invite you to apply even if you do not meet all of these criteria.
